A lightly gray deck with some mildew needs to be cleaned by gentle pressure-washing, using the proper chemicals to remove mold and mildew. No damaging pressure is used, environmentally safe chemicals are used to bring the deck back to it's natural color and stained with Thompson's Honey Gold water sealant.
