The concrete floor was worn with normal wear after two-three years of normal restaurant usage. We cleaned the floors using Prosoco cleaning agent and let dry with portable construction fans. Then, a deep clean was done on all dirty surfaces, scrubbing with abrasive pads, the dirtiest grime seen in various floor sections. 

Then, it was time to use Prosoco Consolideck concrete floor sealant and the results were spectacular. A beautiful sheen finished the surface and dried within several hours. The restaurant was open for business the next day and the floors looked spectacular!

Southern Home, Painting...side porch and a rustic garage made to look new!

This was a neat project in Forest Hill, Richmond, VA. Our customer had a few projects that she needed to have done. 1) Refinish tin roof's, 2) Refinish old garage, and 3)Paint back porch and siding. 

As you can see by our pictures, the project turned out beautifully. We even handled some simple carpentry projects, rotten wood that was matched at Siewers Lumber and replaced. I am proud of this work.

CWF UV-5 is my new favorite product. Hands down, I will commit to the following statement- "this is my favorite product." I had used Cabot Australian Timber Oil, and liked the final appearance of that product, but this is by far an easier product to work with, an equally beautiful finish, and half the cost when you consider the amount of product needed to use on the deck you are refinishing.

Southern Home Wood Deck has taken a shabby looking deck and used Pressure Works' Heartwood Stain/Sealant, a very pretty finish to refinish a deck in Richmond's "Raintree" subdivision. 

Current stains and water-sealants are so very difficult for the homeowner to make work properly. They sell a lot of product at the big box stores, but the truth is that these products do not work like non-VOC products. They require multiple coats to make work properly, and the new chemical design of the products make them not stain like stains of yesteryear.
